How is Innovize different from a generalist marketing agency?
We came from finance before we built the agency. That means we already speak your language, understand your sales cycle, and know the difference between marketing a SaaS tool and marketing a regulated financial product. Generalist agencies need three months to ramp up on your industry. We start contributing in week one.
Do you understand compliance and regulatory constraints?
Yes. We've worked across credit funds, lending platforms, payments infrastructure, and crypto. We know what ASIC sounds like, what AFSL holders can and can't say in marketing, and how to write copy that converts without triggering a compliance rewrite. We work alongside your legal and compliance team, not around them.
What's included in a retainer?
Strategy, content, design, branding, paid media, website optimisation, lifecycle marketing, and growth experimentation. Essentially a full in-house marketing and design division on tap. You don't need to brief five separate vendors or hire a marketing ops manager to coordinate them.
What does pricing look like?
Retainers start at $5,000 per month plus GST and scale based on scope. Most finance and fintech clients sit between $5,000 and $15,000 per month depending on whether we're running paid media, building product pages, or owning the full growth function. Custom projects are scoped separately.
Is there a lock-in contract?
No. Our standard retainer runs month to month with 30 days' notice on either side. We'd rather earn the next month than trap you in a 12-month contract.
Who actually does the work?
Our internal team. Eric leads growth and strategy, Elaine runs paid and performance, Celine handles content and creative direction, Hung designs. No offshoring, no anonymous contractors, no junior account managers reading from a script. You work directly with the people doing the work.
What if we already have an in-house marketer?
Most of our finance and fintech clients do. We work as the extended team your in-house lead doesn't have budget to hire. They own strategy and stakeholder management internally; we own execution across the disciplines they can't cover alone. The relationship works best when your internal lead treats us as their team, not as a vendor.
How do you measure success?
Pipeline, not impressions. We agree on commercial metrics during onboarding: qualified leads, cost per acquisition, pipeline value, conversion rate, payback period. Monthly reporting ties every activity back to those numbers. If something isn't moving the metric, we kill it.
Do you work with crypto and Web3 finance companies?
Yes. We've worked with stablecoin infrastructure, DEXs, crypto tax platforms, and Web3 payment rails. We understand the difference between marketing to retail degens and marketing to institutional treasury teams.
